This week was spent mostly on fixing this. I finally updated the 3D Model of the Device Base. I mostly just modified mounts for the electronics and changed the width a little.
Most of the week was spent working on the PCB, which was giving me a lot of trouble this week. I went through two separate designs and configurations with the PCB. The first design was mostly sideways but while soldering the PCB(the 2nd attempt), the solder itself kept bridging and each time I tried to use the solder-sucker to fix it; it only got worse. So I had to scrap it. The second design was more of a success, even if I just moved a few things and turned it 90 degrees. The solder went well but there were 1-2 bridges that may cause some trouble. I couldn't take any pictures because we had a snow day on Thursday, which is the day I take the pictures for the blog. So instead of having no pictures, I decided on a drawing of what I would've taken a picture of.

Updating the 3D model didn't take very long, only about 2 periods or so. But after I printed it out, there was a few problems I found, only with the bottom part though, the top is fine. I decided to move the OLED mounts to the back of the tip part of the base, where the screen is the only visible thing because there wasn't enough space at the bottom when the wires are connected. The PCB is all soldered and done but there is a problem I have to fix. When I tired to test that everything to make sure that worked, nothing happened when I plugged in the battery. The wires that connect the battery to the PCB got hot but nothing else. I need to fix that while the new bottom piece of the base is printing. I want to get the PCB and 3D printing all done by the end of Friday, but if not, then by mid-next week.
