This week was half and half for work on the Hunter's Journal. I was able to solder the (hopefully) final PCB at the start of the week, with only one bridge, which I was able to fix. I also continue working on updating the Device 3D model, just making sure the mounts for the electronics are the right size. The majorly of the week was spent not working on the Hunter's Journal but instead taking apart an old robotic arm from past shop students per Mr. Christy's request. It was surprisingly tricky to take apart because they used alien screws and they were screwed on very tightly. Dismantling the arm took two days to take apart completely, even then the spinning part of the arm base was stuck together and I wasn't able to pull that apart.

I was able to complete the changes to the Device 3D model on Thursday; I was going to start 3D printing but we had gym that day and couldn't start it in time. I don't really have much else to talk about because the start of the week was spent just working on the PCB and getting it to work which took longer than I wanted. I talked to my grandmother about seeing if she's willing to part with an old leather book and she has yet to get back to me so I plan on checking in over the upcoming break as well as finally ordering the battery pack. By the end of this week, I plan to have, at least, the main base all printed out and ready to go(maybe the extra little details I've modeled as well).
